iPhone So Musical Instrument Orchestra Student University of Michigan
iPhone has been used a musical instrument new courses in the U.S.. University of Michigan students designing, making and playing instruments in Apple’s smartphone.
University of states believed that the course “Building a Mobile Phone Ensemble” as the first in the world.
The course is taught by Georg Essl, a computer scientist and musician who has worked on the development of mobile phones and musical instruments.
Essl and his colleagues began to use the microphone as a sensor a few years ago, which allows applications such as Ocarina iPhone which is basically changing the phone so ancient wind instruments like the flute.
