Sliding Windows 7 a month ahead of Mac OS X

This can be a nightmare for Apple and its fans. The reason is, just within a month debut, sales of Windows 7 has been able to surpass Apple’s operating system, Mac OS X.

As we know, Windows 7 has not walked on the market long. Although the new age of corn, football make  exploits the Microsoft OS is quite stunning. From week to week its market share continues to increase.

This is read from the data issued by the Internet vendor metrics, Net Applications. Slowly but surely Windows 7 after market Mac OS X. The first week after its release, Windows 7 controlled 2.7% of the world the operating system market, then began to crawl up in the second week to 3.3 percent, and continued to crawl to 3.7 percent in week 3.

Stretching Windows 7 feels more at week 4, with a reach of about 4 percent market share, and for two days in the last week of November, the average market share of Windows 7 was 5.07 percent higher than aka Mac OS X market Apple period 15-21 November, namely equal to 5 percent.

“It’s not wrong to say that the share daily peak Windows 7 to surpass Mac weekly share,” said Vince Vizzaccaro, Executive Vice President at Net Applications. However, Vizzaccaro also mentioned that they had not collected an average daily share Mac OS X as the data more obvious comparison with Windows 7.

In total from PCWorld, Monday (30/11/2009), Windows market share for the period 15-21 November was 92.64 percent, higher than its market share during the month of October which is 92.52 percent.
