Samsung Wave, First Certificate Can DivX
Samsung Wave was very popular at the Mobile World Congress 2010 as the first handset-based OS Bada. But this handset has proved more other features.
Wave is a complete small phone with 800×480 pixel resolution touch screen 3.3-inch AMOLED Super. This phone is intended as a social hub to keep in touch with friends.
The cell phone has long been known as the first handset to carry the user interface, the new TouchWiz 3.0. The handset is the first mobile device that supports Bluetooth 3.0 ND and offers 802.11n connectivity.
But many features that are not the only seed that can be proud of by Wave. Samsung reveals Wave is the world’s first mobile phone gets DivX certified playback 720p HD content.
Samsung also announced the Galaxy i9000 also quickly gets DivX certification.
In addition to 720p video playback, Wave is also able to record video in 720p resolution. However, it was not the first phone that can do for another Samsung Omnia can also do the S60-based HD.
HD video recording will also go to other handsets like Sony Ericsson and Samsung i9000 Vivaz.
