Lexmark sues 24 cartridge makers over patents
Printer concern Lexmark is suing equal pickup makers that it says are infringing on its patents.
On weekday the Lexington, Ky.-based consort filed a patent-infringement upset with both the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Both suits criminate 24 companies that artefact equal cartridges for Lexmark laser printers of violating 15 patents owned by Lexmark.
Both suits study the aforementioned 24 defendants. The ITC complaint–the now-standard scene for attractive papers disputes against companies that artefact goods to the U.S.–asks that the defendants’ products be illegal from artefact and understanding in the U.S. The federal causa asks for an enjoinment on income of the disputed products, and monetary damages.

Samsung released a monochrome laser printer that is claimed to be the smallest in the world. ML1660 – so this product name – also ready to tempt the user to switch from inkjet to laser printers.
Printers Product Manager Samsung Electronics Indonesia said, with dimensions of 336 x 114 x 156 mm, the design of ML1660 so succinctly. So that will not take place when placed in a room.
